Origin:
Crossbred at the
Experimental Fruit Farm Institute of Forlì in 1980, crossing "Dr.
Guyot x Bella di Giugno" varieties.
Features:
Big-medium sized fruits,
elongated shape with slanted top. Yellow-green skin, with red shades
and pronounced lenticels. Medium-thin, aromatic and juicy flesh.
On the table:
The attractive red colour
makes it an excellent table decoration. Best eaten fresh thanks to
its compact, juicy and aromatic texture.
Collection:
End of July to the
first ten days of August.
Conservation:
Refrigerating rooms until
December.
